I want to return some goods back to you - what do I do?
Please do not return any items without first contacting us and obtaining an RMA Number.
Contact us by email sales [at] od.com or telephone on 0870 350 0370 and give us details of the goods you would like to return.
We will then issue you with an RMA number which should be attached to the package you are returning.
Refunds or credits for goods being returned for a reason other than:
- Incorrect goods sent
- Goods faulty
- Goods damaged in transit
... may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
There are items missing from my order.
You must contact us within 72 hours of your delivery.
We regret we cannot investigate claims of missing goods after this time.
